Mindfulness is important!!!

I often hear people saying goal is important, system is important, planning is important. But is it the core?

What I think is out of all this mindful is something which is most important. Yes, you have a goal, yes you have a system, yes you are planning for everything.

But are you mindful enough from where is all this coming to you? Do you think the goal you own your own goal? Why did you choose that particular goal only? Is this something you have been owning from the birth? Is the reason behind that goal is clear to you? What would you do once you achieve that goal?

Okay now you have a system. You know when to wake up, when to exercise, when to work, how to improve whatever you are doing. But are you aware of why you are owning this system? What will you get following that particular system? Are you really aware why you chose that system?

So, now you even know that planning is important. You know things doesn’t really work out if you don’t have a plan. You know that you should plan for all the postivie and negative outcomes you may face in the future. But is this planning actually belongs to you? Or you are following a pre defined roadmap to make your plans?

Let’s talk about mindfulness now. Why is that important. Mindfulness is important because whatever we are doing today, whatever we are feeling at the moment is not entirely of our own. Yes, the exposure we have to social media, to the internet, to the world does not only bless us with the information but also overwhelm us with the information that is not really required to be in our systems. But… Just because it is fed in our systems throught various channels, everything we do, everything we think is the result of whatever have been fed to us althoughout the day.

So, ultimately, the goals you own, the system you make, the plans you make for the future should have something of yourself too.

But how can it have an element of you when you are resisting everything that comes from you and accepting everything that is coming from the society or the social media.

Mindfulness is the key. It’s not really possible these days to avoid that overwhelmed information from the social media as it is all around you. What you can do is be mindful enough to not let every decision of yours to get influenced by whatever is happening outside.

Have a look at what is inside, be mindful of your goals, systems, plans and the reasons behind you actually own it.

Because these goals, systems and plans belongs to you only if you owe them, if you are mindful why you hold them. If you know why you are doing all this. Otherwise these goals, systems and plans belongs to society only and ofcourse the end result of your so called social media.
